Services
CushLabs.ai provides AI consulting, automation, and software development services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, you retain ownership of your data and content. CushLabs.ai retains ownership of its proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt.
Limitation of Liability
CushLabs.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees incurred prior to termination.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
