The direction of the message is what separates them. (1) Owner alerts — we message YOU when a conversation shows real buying intent; live today on every plan. (2) WhatsApp assistant — the AI answers YOUR customers on your business number; coming, Premium and up. (3) Utility notifications — messages your business sends to customers who opted in: appointment reminders, confirmations, order updates; coming, Premium and Ultra. (4) Marketing campaigns — promotions to your consented list; coming, as a per-campaign add-on. In short: #1 alerts you, #2 answers them, #3 reminds them, #4 promotes to them.

Coming means it isn't built yet, and we'd rather show you the roadmap than pretend the gap isn't there. When it ships it switches on in the plan shown on this page, and your plan keeps everything it includes today — always. What we won't do is quote you a date. These channels depend on Meta's approval process, and we have no honest way to predict it. If a date ever matters to your decision, tell us and we'll tell you plainly where the approval actually stands.

One physical business address — a storefront, clinic, or office, with its own Google Business Profile. Every plan includes up to two. Beyond that it's a flat +$690 MXN (+$49 USD) per location each month, at any tier. Each location brings its own Facebook Page and Google profile with it.

One plan covers one brand and one knowledge base. Premium includes one website — the root domain and its subdomains, landing pages included — and Ultra includes two. An extra same-brand surface beyond that (another site, another Instagram account, another Page) is +$490 MXN (+$35 USD) per month: same brain, another door. An extra WhatsApp number is +$690 MXN (+$49 USD), because every number carries its own registration, templates, and quality rating. A genuinely different brand with different information is a separate plan — we'll tell you that up front rather than discover it later.

We don't meter or bill you per message — talk to as many customers as you want. "Fair use" is just a guardrail against automated abuse; a normal small business will never come close. If your volume ever grows to enterprise scale, we'll reach out and figure out the right setup together — no surprise charges.

Nothing breaks — the agent keeps answering. Extra answered minutes bill at $8.50 MXN ($0.59 USD) per minute, and we flag it for you as you approach the included 300 so there are no surprises.

Anytime, up or down, with no penalty. Start on Basic, move to Premium when you want the website chatbot and SEO reports, add Ultra's voice agent when you're ready. Changes take effect the next billing cycle.

Correct — no setup fee, no contract, month-to-month, cancel anytime. The 1-week free trial starts when your assistant actually goes live, not when you sign, so the week you get is a week of it working. Cancel and it's effective at the end of the period you've paid for.

MXN prices are plus IVA, like any business service in Mexico. Every payment comes with a CFDI invoice with the IVA itemized, so it's deductible and your accounting stays clean from day one.

$1,490 MXN + IVA per campaign for up to 1,000 recipients, plus $490 for each additional 1,000. That covers writing the campaign, getting the template approved by Meta, sending it and reporting back on it. Meta charges separately for delivering each message, and that goes on your own WhatsApp account at Meta's published rate — we never add anything on top of it. The account is in your name, so you can see exactly what Meta charged.

Not today — Google is the platform we manage, and it's the one that moves local search. Facebook recommendations, TripAdvisor and the rest we simply don't offer yet. We'd rather tell you that than leave it vague and have you assume it was covered.

You do, always. We work as a collaborator on accounts that stay in your name — we never take ownership of a page, a number, a profile, or a domain. If you ever leave, nothing has to be pried back, and we hand you your knowledge base: your information, your documented tone, your FAQs. It's yours because you gave it to us.

They're used to serve your business and nothing else. Never sold, never used to train anything for another client. And a rule we won't bend on the sending side: consented lists only. We don't work with purchased lists — that protects your number's reputation as much as ours.

Tell us and we fix it the same day — with a named person accountable, not an anonymous support queue. What we won't promise is zero errors; anyone promising that hasn't run one of these in production.
