Converso AI is a production multi-tenant SaaS that solves the core problem facing service businesses in bilingual markets: leads that vanish outside business hours because nobody's there to answer. Each tenant uploads their knowledge base — files, website scrapes, or manual entries — and gets an AI chatbot that answers in English or Spanish from verified facts, never from hallucination. A visual playbook builder lets non-technical owners design conversation flows with conditional branching and lead capture. Stripe handles subscriptions and usage metering. A single script tag drops the widget onto any website. The entire stack runs on Next.js 16 with full tenant isolation, RBAC, and edge security headers.
